Pain-Free Strength is built around movement, coordination, control, and joint-friendly strength training using gymnastics rings, ground movement, and bodyweight training.
This is not a typical gym.
The goal is to help people:
- build strength
- improve coordination
- move better
- feel better
- challenge their bodies without beating up their joints
Whether you're an athlete, parent, beginner, or simply someone who wants to move and feel better, this is a chance to experience the training for yourself.
